  • After verifying the item is available for immediate shipment, we will process your payment and prepare your order for delivery.

  • If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to confirm if you would like to keep the order or cancel it for a full refund.

  • After your order ships, most items arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking information will be sent to your email within 24 hours after your order has left our warehouse.

Freight Shipments

  • Large or oversized items that ship via freight (not UPS or FedEx) require a signature upon delivery.

  • The freight carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time that fits your schedule.

Product Quality Guarantee

  • Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If any packaging damage is visible, notify the delivery driver and contact us immediately.

  • If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please report the issue within 48 hours and send photos to Info@LuxLoungeLiving.com.

  • We will file an insurance claim on your behalf and work with you to replace or resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Cancellations and Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, in new condition, and include all original packaging and components.

If there is no product damage (customer remorse), the customer will be responsible for return shipping and may be charged up to a 15% restocking fee. A refund will be issued for the remaining balance after applicable fees.

If the item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is not responsible for return shipping or restocking fees. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours and supported by photographs.

Items returned without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will not be accepted. Please contact us to obtain an RMA before sending back your item.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return is processed and approved.

Returns missing parts, showing signs of use, or arriving damaged may not qualify for a full refund.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the product complies with all state, county, or city codes. If your item will be subject to inspection, please verify requirements with your local authorities prior to placing your order.

The popular and high-end commercial icon of the Paragon cotton candy machine line, the Paragon 7105200 Spin Magic 5 machine has a high performance head will not clog like ribbon style machines. The Spin Magic is made of stainless steel for maximum durability.  Talk about durability, the 5" all-metal spinning head is more durable than spinning heads with plastic parts.  The machine features a 1/12 hp motor that provides 3400 RPMs of power for fast, easy cotton candy making. The motor is completely shielded from sugar exposure to extend its life and to allow for easy clean-up.  The professional control panel give the operator flexibility to make perfect cotton candy in any condition and every time.   This machine requires a 120V and a 1370W electrical connection. ​ Also included and shipping separately is a 26" aluminum bowl will hold up to the demands of a commercial operation.
