What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and other secure online payment options.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we charge sales tax where required by law. The appropriate tax will be calculated and added to your total during checkout based on your shipping address.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Once shipped, the order falls under our return policy.

Is my payment information secure?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping fee of $8.99.

How long does it take to ship my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after shipment.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours. If you haven’t received tracking info within 4 business days, contact us at Info@LuxLoungeLiving.com.

Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping options are available upon request. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.

Will I need to sign for delivery?
For freight shipments (large furniture and oversized items), a signature is required upon delivery. The freight carrier will call to schedule a convenient delivery time with you.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required.

How do I start a return?
Contact us at Info@LuxLoungeLiving.com to request a return and receive your RMA number. Instructions for returning your product will follow.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Are there any restocking fees?
Most returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that show signs of wear or are missing parts may incur up to a 40% fee.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. We will process a claim on your behalf and replace or resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Can I request a fabric or material sample?

Do you offer assembly services?
We do not currently offer assembly or installation services. However, many products come with clear instructions for easy setup.
