At LuxLoungeLiving, we understand that sometimes plans change — and we’re here to help. That’s why we offer a 30-Day No-Hassle Return and Exchange Policy. If for any reason you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Simply cover the return shipping and applicable restocking fee.

Return Conditions

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item once it is received and inspected.
Products must be returned in like-new condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories included.
Items showing significant signs of wear, use, or missing components that prevent resale as "new" will be classified as refurbished, and a 40% restocking fee will apply.

Return Process

Contact us to request a return authorization number (RMA) before sending any items back.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt and the outcome of the inspection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original form of payment. Please allow 3 to 21 business days depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
