At LuxLoungeLiving, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered quickly, accurately, and safely. Below are the details regarding our shipping process, order handling, and return policies.


Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping is offered on all orders over $100 (continental U.S. only).

  • A flat shipping rate of $8.99 applies to all orders under $100.


Order Processing and Confirmation

  • All in-stock orders are shipped from our warehouses within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact us at  info@luxloungeliving.com  and we will resend your receipt.

  • After verifying the item is available for immediate shipment, we will process your payment and prepare your order for delivery.

  • If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to confirm if you would like to keep the order or cancel it for a full refund.


Shipping and Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery estimates can be found on each product’s page.

  • After your order ships, most items arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Due to high demand, some items may only be available for backorder at specific times. Contact us to check availability.

Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking information will be sent to your email within 24 hours after your order has left our warehouse.

  • If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days, please contact us at   info@luxloungeliving.com .


Freight Shipments

  • Large or oversized items that ship via freight (not UPS or FedEx) require a signature upon delivery.

  • The freight carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time that fits your schedule.


Product Quality Guarantee

  • Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If any packaging damage is visible, notify the delivery driver and contact us immediately.

  • If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please report the issue within 48 hours and send photos to   info@luxloungeliving.com

  • We will file an insurance claim on your behalf and work with you to replace or resolve the issue at no additional cost.


Cancellations and Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, in new condition, and include all original packaging and components.

If there is no product damage (customer remorse), the customer will be responsible for return shipping and may be charged up to a 15% restocking fee. A refund will be issued for the remaining balance after applicable fees.

If the item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is not responsible for return shipping or restocking fees. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours and supported by photographs.

Items returned without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will not be accepted. Please contact us to obtain an RMA before sending back your item.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return is processed and approved.

Returns missing parts, showing signs of use, or arriving damaged may not qualify for a full refund.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the product complies with all state, county, or city codes. If your item will be subject to inspection, please verify requirements with your local authorities prior to placing your order.
