Shipping Rates

Order Processing and Confirmation

  • All in-stock orders are shipped from our warehouses within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact us at Info@LuxLoungeLiving.com and we will resend your receipt.

  • After verifying the item is available for immediate shipment, we will process your payment and prepare your order for delivery.

  • If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to confirm if you would like to keep the order or cancel it for a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery Timeline

  • After your order ships, most items arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking information will be sent to your email within 24 hours after your order has left our warehouse.

Freight Shipments

  • Large or oversized items that ship via freight (not UPS or FedEx) require a signature upon delivery.

  • The freight carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time that fits your schedule.

Product Quality Guarantee

  • Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If any packaging damage is visible, notify the delivery driver and contact us immediately.

  • If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please report the issue within 48 hours and send photos to Info@LuxLoungeLiving.com.

  • We will file an insurance claim on your behalf and work with you to replace or resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Cancellations and Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, in new condition, and include all original packaging and components.

If there is no product damage (customer remorse), the customer will be responsible for return shipping and may be charged up to a 15% restocking fee. A refund will be issued for the remaining balance after applicable fees.

If the item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is not responsible for return shipping or restocking fees. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours and supported by photographs.

Items returned without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will not be accepted. Please contact us to obtain an RMA before sending back your item.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return is processed and approved.

Returns missing parts, showing signs of use, or arriving damaged may not qualify for a full refund.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the product complies with all state, county, or city codes. If your item will be subject to inspection, please verify requirements with your local authorities prior to placing your order.

What is the Deluxe In-Ceiling

The Deluxe In-Ceiling Series is a collection of in-ceiling, motorized electric projection screens designed for installations requiring a concealed in-ceiling projection screen. They are ideal for multi-usage environments such as schools, conference or training rooms, houses of worship, or other venues where the screen needs to be hidden for aesthetic or functional reasons.

Experience Deluxe

Deluxe In-Ceiling Series screens are in-ceiling electric projection screens designed for custom in-ceiling installation into schools, training or conference rooms, etc. The surface is fiberglass backed to provide increased flatness by reducing edge curl. The flat surface is designed to last for years with optimal visual performance.

The trapdoor at the bottom of the case opens automatically to allow the screen to lower, and closes when not in use.

Smooth Operation

Deluxe In-Ceiling Series screen scan be operated in several convenient ways: The included RF receiver with handheld remote, an external IR receiver connected to the IR eye port, and the 5-12 volt trigger connection allows fully automatic operation synchronizing the screen with the power cycle of a compatible projector. RS-232 control is also a standard feature of all Deluxe In-Ceiling models.

Deluxe In-Ceiling Series screens are equipped with a powerful motor that provides ultra-smooth quiet operation, extended durability, and reliable performance.

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item once it is received and inspected.

  • Products must be returned in like-new condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

  • Items showing significant signs of wear, use, or missing components that prevent resale as "new" will be classified as refurbished, and a 40% restocking fee will apply.

Return Process

  1. Contact us to request a return authorization number (RMA) before sending any items back.

  2. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt and the outcome of the inspection.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original form of payment. Please allow 3 to 21 business days depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
